Stuart Pascoe – Managing Director

Stuart has worked within the construction industry since leaving school at 16 years of age. The experience gained from working on site covering all aspects of construction has provided a solid base for his work as a Building Surveyor.

Stuart has worked in both private and public sector with 15 of those years managing a team of professionals ranging across the whole of construction design people. His role as Principal Building Surveyor led to Stuart managing contracts for the leader of the council and many other high level clients who head up service departments such as Schools & Colleges, Care Homes, Children’s homes, Libraries, Museums etc.

Stuart set up the Inscope Group in 2015 working with his two sons Joshua and Elliot. The company has gone on to manage some noteworthy projects and is steadily growing to build a great client base and strong reputation in the North West of England.

Josh Pascoe – Building Surveyor

Having completed his Building Surveying degree in 2013, Josh started his career working in a client-side role at a local College. As part of a wider estates team, his role was to design, tender and manage maintenance and development projects across the College estate as part of a multi-million pound campus development scheme.

During his time at the College, he also formed part of the design team for a state-of-the-art £13m STEM building.

In 2017 Josh joined Inscope full time and has been involved in all aspects of the business. He has carried out a variety of works across the Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Residential sectors, building strong relationships with our clients. Josh has a particular interest in working on project work, working closely with clients to develop designs and ideas for their properties, before managing the work through to completion and ensuring the client’s vision becomes a reality. Josh also enjoys sharing his ideas for the business and has been involved with developing all aspects of Inscope.

Away from work Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and two children (plus his dog!), as well as playing football, socialising and keeping fit. On the apparently rare occasion that his family life will allow, he also enjoys going to watch Manchester United play…something that has probably brought him more stress than joy since Sir Alex retired!

Elliot Pascoe – Building Surveyor

Elliot started his building surveying career having graduated the building surveying degree at UCLAN in 2014. Due to the early influence of his father Stuart, Elliot has had the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience of the Construction Industry and the workings of a Surveying practice by spending high school and college work experience programmes at a local Building Surveying practice.

Following graduation from university, Elliot spent the summer working for a local building contractor, before moving to work at a nationwide construction company. Here Elliot assisted a senior Building Surveyor to undertake Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP). Since joining Inscope, Elliot now enjoys being involved in a more varied workload, including carrying out full Building Surveys on a range of properties, along with design and project management duties for various clients.

In his spare time Elliot enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing, and watching football and attending a local gym.
