Effective maintenance planning will ensure that a property is always safe and in good condition, all within set budgets.

In order to achieve this we undertake initial condition surveys to identify the current condition of the fabric of buildings, along with a forecast for future maintenance needs and expected budgets.  All of this is provided in a ‘live’ format, where costs are continuously updated in line with current rates. We believe that our unique system will put you in the best possible position to manage your budgets. This is supplemented by a maintenance plan to outline exactly when to carry out maintenance – we will even assist with budget & cost planning on an ongoing basis in order to achieve the timescales identified.

In addition to planned maintenance, all schools are required to undertake statutory servicing and testing to ensure compliance with legislation. As part of our property maintenance service, we plan and arrange for these services to be carried out by our approved contractors. Our approved contractor framework is reviewed regularly to ensure a high quality of work is provided at a good value. We understand that finances can be tight, so value for money and competitive rates are always ensured.
