Once the sketch schemes and budgets have been agreed, it is time to secure the final project design. At this stage, we draw up the full design of the building and write up the specification for the materials to be used, descriptions on the quality expected, a breakdown of the works and a document for the prospective builder to price. Once completed, we are ready to submit the design for legislative approvals and to send the pricing document to a selected list of local contractors for tender.
